CHAMPAIGN, IL (Chambana Today) — The Pint of Science Festival is returning to Champaign-Urbana this year, offering the local community a chance to engage with some of the brightest scientific minds from around the globe. Set to take place at various local bars and cafes, the event aims to bring cutting-edge research into everyday spaces, making science accessible and exciting for everyone.

This non-profit event, which has been a staple in over 500 cities worldwide, will run over three nights this year. Scientists from a range of disciplines will present their research in a casual and engaging format, inviting attendees to ask questions, exchange ideas, and connect with the minds shaping the future.

The festival will be held on May 18-19, at several venues across Champaign-Urbana. After a highly successful turnout last year—where three out of four nights sold out—the team is expecting an even stronger turnout this year.

Tickets are expected to go fast, so residents are encouraged to mark their calendars and reserve their spots early to be part of this unique and inspiring experience.
