Parkland College to host Regional College Fair for high school students

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (Chambana Today) — High school students and their families will have a chance to connect with colleges from across the country this fall, as Parkland College hosts the 2025 Illinois Regional College Fair (IRCF) on Monday, September 8, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Donald C. Dodds, Jr. Athletic Center.

The annual event, free and open to the public, is designed to help both high schoolers and community college-transfer students explore educational and career options. Representatives from over 50 colleges and universities will be on hand to answer questions and share information about academic programs, admissions, campus life, and financial aid.

“It’s a great opportunity for students to learn about their future options all in one place,” said a Parkland College representative. “Whether you’re considering a four-year university, a community college transfer, or just exploring what’s out there, this event is for you.”
