URBANA TOWNSHIP, IL (Chambana Today) — A 45-year-old man was stabbed in the back while riding an electric bicycle late Friday morning in Urbana Township. The Champaign County Sheriff’s Office arrested a suspect shortly after the attack.

According to officials, the incident occurred at approximately 11:13 a.m. on October 3 in the 1800 block of North Coler Drive. The victim told deputies he was riding westbound on Country Club Road when a man — later identified as Emmanuel Oginni, 19, of Chicago — approached him aggressively, causing him to fall from his bike.
