Horizon Health to host free Medicare info sessions with lunch Included

PARIS, IL (Chambana Today) — As the 2026 Medicare Open Enrollment Period approaches, Horizon Health is offering free educational sessions to help local residents make informed decisions about their healthcare coverage. The sessions will take place in three communities—Paris, Marshall, and Terre Haute—beginning October 6.

Presented by Keith Leitzen, president of Managed Care Partners, each session will feature a talk titled “The ABCs of Medicare,” covering the pros and cons of traditional Medicare, Medicare supplements, Medicare Advantage plans, and changes to expect in the 2026 plan year. Leitzen brings 40 years of experience in Medicare and insurance education.

Participants will enjoy a complimentary lunch. Each session begins at 11:30 a.m.:

  • Paris, IL: Monday, October 6 at the Horizon Health Education Center, 15197 US Highway 150
  • Marshall, IL: Tuesday, October 7 at Harlan Hall Banquet Room, 603 Locust Street
  • Terre Haute, IN: Wednesday, October 8 at the Wabash Activity Center, 300 S. 5th Street (Eastern Time)
