Horizon Health to host cancer survivor celebration in Paris

PARIS, IL (Chambana Today) — Horizon Health is inviting local cancer survivors and their families to its annual birthday luncheon in recognition of National Cancer Survivors Day. The event, themed “Super Survivor,” will be held Friday, June 5, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in Conference Room A at Horizon Health’s main campus, 721 East Court Street.

The free luncheon encourages attendees to wear superhero shirts or outfits to celebrate their strength and resilience. Lunch, handouts, and door prizes will be provided, and each survivor may bring one guest. Horizon Health notes that participants do not need to be current patients to attend.
