Horizon Health offering free CPR and AED training in Paris on May 15

PARIS, IL (Chambana Today) — Horizon Health is offering a free community CPR and AED course on Friday, May 15, from 1 to 3 p.m. at its Education Center, 15197 US Highway 150 in Paris.

The Heartsaver CPR/AED course is designed for community members rather than healthcare providers and covers basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the use of an automated external defibrillator. An official American Heart Association certification card is available for an optional $25 fee.

Registration requires a credit or debit card, which will be charged $25 to reserve a seat. The fee will be refunded upon completion of the course unless the participant chooses to purchase the certification card.
