DANVILLE, IL (Chambana Today) — The Siefert Team, led by Hayley Siefert: Broker at Keller Williams Realty, TREC is continuing its rapid growth, adding a new agent as the spring housing market gains momentum. Siefert announced the addition of Hailey Krynski, a recent Purdue University graduate who shifted from a kinesiology degree to pursue her long‑held interest in real estate.

“She always knew this was the path she was going to take,” Siefert said. “Her grandmother was a real estate agent, and she’s had that passion from the beginning.”

Krynski becomes the seventh agent on a team that began 2025 with just two members. “When I say I’ve been training and training, I mean it,” Siefert said. “We’ve really grown over the last year and a half, and we’re excited to see what happens in 2026.”

The team’s reach has expanded significantly, covering territory from Springfield to Indiana. “We really reach from our state capital to Terre Haute, and even into West Lafayette and Indy,” Siefert said. “It’s a wide range, and we take pride in being educated in every market we serve.”

Siefert says fluctuating interest rates have made market knowledge essential. “We watch mortgage rates literally daily,” she said. “We want to be as educated as possible so we can help buyers put their best foot forward.”

She also emphasized the importance of accurate pricing for sellers. “If a home is priced correctly, you’re still seeing multiple offers,” she said. “But if you go too high thinking you can always come down, you’re just going to sit. And the longer you sit, the more buyers want to negotiate.”

Siefert encourages sellers to consider pre‑listing home inspections. “It creates a confident buyer,” she said. “You’re showing you’re invested in your home and not hiding anything. It makes the whole process more seamless for everyone.”

The team also has new listings hitting the market, including a five‑bedroom home on Tallgrass Drive in Champaign. “This home is stunning,” Siefert said. “It has an in‑ground pool, a hot tub room with a fireplace, a finished basement—just an incredible space for entertaining.”

Another listing on West Florida Street in Urbana is expected to go live soon. “We just had the photos taken,” Siefert said. “It’ll be up on our website and Facebook page this week.”

Siefert says homeowners or buyers interested in learning more can reach the team by phone, through their website at siefertteam.com, or through their social media channels. “Call us anytime,” she said. “We’re always happy to help you put your best foot forward.”
