GIBSON CITY, IL (Chambana Today) — Gibson City’s World Famous Harvest Moon Twin Drive-In is back open for the season, offering drive-in movies under the stars on Friday and Saturday nights throughout April.

Gates open around 6:30 p.m. each night, with showtime beginning at roughly 8:00 p.m., adjusted weekly for daylight changes. The drive-in shows movies rain or shine.

Admission is $10 for ages 12 and older, $8 for ages 4 to 11, and free for children under 4. Outside food and drinks require a $10 food permit per vehicle, though no permit is needed if you’re not bringing anything from outside the theater.

General parking is free and first-come, first-served. Reserved front-row spaces are available for an extra $10 per spot and must be booked online in advance. A Truck Bed Experience, complete with air mattress, clean sheets, and premium radio, is also available to reserve for those who want the truck bed vibe without owning one.

The snack bar is open every night with a full menu of movie theater favorites. The Burger Barn, serving flame-grilled burgers, cheese curds, funnel cakes, and more, is open Friday and Saturday nights.

For tickets, reservations, and more information, visit the Harvest Moon Twin Drive-In’s website.
