CHAMPAIGN – In order to facilitate construction at 502 S. Fifth Street, University Group will close Fifth Street between Springfield Avenue and Healey Street.  The closure will begin on Monday, March 9, and will reopen on Friday, March 27, weather permitting.

During the closure, through traffic will not be allowed; however, access will be maintained to all local properties.

Please pay close attention to traffic control devices and use alternate routes to avoid the road closure. The City of Champaign thanks you for your cooperation and patience while this work is being performed.
