DANVILLE, Ill. (Chambana Today) — For the first time ever, the City of Danville is teaming up with Illini Skateland for the Glow in the Galaxy event that’s sure to bring lot of fun of glowing, rolling, dancing and making memories together at NO COST! Glow in the Galaxy is part of Danville’s First Friday’s and takes place on Friday February 6 from 5-8 p.m. at Illini Skateland, located at 8 Brewer Road.

Community members of all ages are invited out for this special event for a night to remember, where the Glow in the Galaxy features free roller skating and laser tag excitement, with glow disco and face paint, complete with arcade games and concessions that are available for purchase throughout the evening that offer support for the venue.

In addition to the night’s activities, each guest will equal one free entry for a chance to win a brand-new pair of roller skates, making you fully equipped to come back to Illini Skateland on public skate days!

Whether roller skating under neon lights, competing in laser tag, or just dancing the night away with glowing face paint and spacey constellations, expect a high-energy evening where community shines brighter than the stars!

Everyone is encouraged to grab your family, friends and neighbors and come ready to glow, roll and explore the galaxy together!
