CHAMPAIGN COUNTY, IL (Chambana Today) — Today will be mostly cloudy and breezy across Champaign County, with a few brief showers possible throughout the afternoon. Temperatures are currently around 62 degrees.

Winds will come from the west-southwest at 13 mph, gusting up to 28 mph, making for blustery conditions at times. The chance of precipitation is 55 percent, with light rainfall expected in isolated areas.

Through the evening, skies will remain mostly cloudy, with temperatures gradually dropping into the mid-50s by 9 p.m. Visibility will generally stay good, but residents are advised to stay alert for brief showers and gusty winds while outdoors.
