After nearly 3 years of construction on Windsor Road in Urbana, all lanes are expected to be opened by 5pm tomorrow.

A release from the City of Urbana says that all lanes from Lincoln Ave. to Boulder Dr. will open by tomorrow’s rush hour.

Construction has been delayed due to cracking pavement. The contractor for the project, Stark Excavating has been working with the city to find out why the new pavement has been cracking. Construction started in 2014.
