Not one, but TWO food trucks are hitting the streets of Champaign soon, thanks to Chef Adam Shallenberger.

The first one “Smoked” hit the streets today, and features smoked barbecue and tacos.

The second one, which was actually announced first is called “Fired” will serve what Chef Shallenberger calls “Comfort Food” and should be seen on the streets of CU shortly.

Here’s the original post from when the truck was announced:

Shallenberger, was recently Chef of V. Picasso in downtown Champaign.

We all love food trucks, and these two will add to an already great lineup of trucks around CU.
