A portion of a popular Champaign County road way will be closed until November.

The road will be closed for roughly 2-5 miles west of the I-57 Monticello road exit. Crews will replace two bridges, one over the Kaskaskia River, one which has been deemed structurally deficient.

No marked detours are planned. Drivers are encouraged to plan accordingly.
