Southwest Champaign will have a new hotel property.
Horve Hospitality Management will open a Hampton Inn and Suites location at the new Carle at the Fields development just off I-57’s Curtis Road exit in Champaign.
The website for Horve Hospitality says that they expect the hotel to be open by July 2018.
The Horve Hospitality information was shared on social media by the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce.
Carle, announced that it would be developing the land it owned around the Curtis Road interchange in 2016, and construction on the office building is expected to be finished by the end of 2017.
More expansion is planned including a new housing subdivision which was approved by the city council on May 4th.
This will mark the 4th hotel property in Champaign for Horve Hospitality Management. They also own and manage the Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites, and the Home 2 Suites by Hilton in Champaign.
