FIRST LOOK: Renovation Plans for Central and Centennial High Schools


We now know what the renovations will look like for Champaign’s high schools.

Champaign Unit 4 has released the presentation of the plans by Perkins + Will and IGW Architecture.

The school board will take a final vote to sign off on the proposed renovations on January 22nd. The plans are part of a $183 Million renovation plan across the school district, which was approved by the voters last November.

Construction is expected to start on the two high schools in spring of 2019.
