Julie is the Managing Broker for Prudential Snyder and has been in the real estate business for 14 years, specializing in both residential and commercial real estate. She is a lifelong resident of central Illinois and received her business degree from Illinois Wesleyan University. She was the 2007 President of the Champaign Country Association of Realtors and is actively involved in Illinois Association of Realtors committees and appointments. In 2008, she was appointed to a three year term on the Board of Governors of the IAR Realtor Institute.

I moved to the Champaign/Urbana area from Dekalb, IL four years ago with my wife, Donna. We have three children, two of whom have recently graduated from college. Our oldest son is a former Marine and is enrolled and Northern Illinois University.
I have been in business for over 16 years and enjoy working with my Prudential Snyder colleagues.
I decided to become licensed in Real Estate after we sold our home in Dekalb to move to the Champaign/Urbana area. When we decided to move, I wanted to sell our home by owner. I can truly understand the motives and sympathize with those wanting to sell by owner. However, after showing our home numerous times and negotiating offers, consulting with our lawyer, etc., I decided to turn our house over to a Realtor friend of ours to be listed with her company. Shortly afterwards, the house was sold and the closing went smoothly. It was then that I realized that being a Realtor was about helping people. Helping people fulfill their dreams and hopes. Much like our Realtor friend who helped us sell our house, my approach to providing a quality service to my customers while operating by business in Dekalb has carried over to my career in Real Estate.

Bobbi Gordon has been in the investment and rental property business off and on throughout her entire life. Her parents retired from renovating properties in the late 90’s, and her after school job during high school was working for a local Property Manager that handled campus housing for the University of Illinois.
After college, Bobbi worked in the travel industry where she had the opportunity to be the Operations Supervisor for the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games travel network. Since then her husband and she began to pick up rental property, and she began to slowly make the transition back into the Real Estate Business.
Licensed for four years in the State of Illinois, Bobbi has had the pleasure of working with Residential Property Sales, Commercial Sales, Property Management, Investment Properties, short Sales, Out-of-State Investment Groups, Bulk REO deals with banks, Subdivisions, TIF Districts, and Estate Sales.
